Polyimide coverlay film for FPC/PCB .The polyimide coverlay film is produced by the ” film casting”, which
has high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and excellent dielectric properties. It is widely used in H-class motors, electrical insulation and other electrical purposes. Standard No.: JB/T 2726-1996.
Skills Requirement
* Appearance: The surface of the film is smooth and smooth, and there should be no defects
such as wrinkles, tears, particle bubbles, pinholes and foreign impurities. The edges are neat and without damage, and the film is supplied in rolls.
* Size: Thickness and allowable deviation: recommended thickness, Custom thickness also available

Packaging Mark, Storage and Transportation
1. The polyimide coverlay film is supplied in rolls on the core, each roll is sealed in a plastic tape and placed
in a dry, clean carton.,
2. Each package should indicate the model number, product name, specifications, batch number, gross weight, factory
name, and date of manufacture. It is accompanied by a product inspection certificate. At the same time, the words “moisture proof” and “anti-shock” are indicated on the package.
3. The film should be stored in a dry and clean room. The storage period is two years from the date of shipment.
Once exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if it passes the standard inspection.
4. Avoid moisture and mechanical damage during storage and transportation.

Q4. How to ship the order?

A: Sure, do not worry about that. Our quality will absolutely compliance to the sample we send. If not, we will
take charge of that.
Q6. What payment we accept?
A: For the small quantity, we request 100% advanced TT payment; other conditions, negotiable. Sorry, we did not
accept the Credit card for the time being.
Q7. How about the lead time of per order?
A: If the tape you order have stock, we can ship out within 2~4 days. If there is no stock, you need to wait about
5~8 days. If you are request the die-cuts, the time shall longer.
Q8. Do you have the MOQs?
A: Yes. Ususlly we reques of the MOQ of USD500 per order. If the order is too small, we will charge the extra
service fee of USD20.00 per order.
