Introduction
Fiberglass Plywood Sandwich Panel is made of FRP Skin and plywood. It’s bonded together under high vacuum pressure. The surface laminate could be FRP skin or CFRTP tape. The composites could be 2 layers, 3 layers or even 5 layers. Such FRP Plywood panels are often used in transportation industries. The panel is light and high strength. Compared to traditional panels, it is easy maintaining, durable in harsh temperature and condition. And the panel surface is friendly to food.

Size: Standard sizes up to 120" wide x 58' long with thickness up to 5".
Vertical Stiffeners: FRP Plywood foam panels utilize vertical stiffeners 24" on center as standard. Additional stiffeners can be added on special order
Tolerances: width / length: ± 2mm,
Straightness adjacent corner) / square(diagonal corner): ± 3mm
Edge Treatment: optional edge coating and stuffing is available.
