Woven pp bag with liner is similar to plain pp woven bag but with an additional liner bag. The liner is made by hdpe or ldpe. The liner bag can be just inserted into the pp woven bag or sewing without pp woven bag's top and bottom, we also can supply liner pp woven bags with construction of outer liner and inner pp woven bags.

    The liner's bag material can be HPDE or LDPE, the liner's size and thickness get customized by user, and the unit for the thickness is μm or mil. All the liners we are supplying are made by virgin material.

    Previously the liner always be inserted into woven pp bags one by one by hand, but now thanks to our technicians, they design machines which can produce woven pp bag with liner automatically.

    The liner's function is to prevent the leakage of the inner products especially for the powder products and can be moisture proof for products which is sensitive to water. The liner's size is a little bit large than outer pp woven bag to make sure the outer pp woven bag can bear the loading weight not the liner.
